How is the money raised?

• You can buy a candle, or a certificate telling you where your candle will be lit on the night. It is just not practicable to have 5000+ people milling around The Cobb on the night! Dedicated candle teams will be lighting the candles.
• Candle Certificates cost £2.50 when bought from outlets around Lyme Regis, and the entire amount will be given to the good causes.
• Buy a souvenir programme for £1.50
• Buy a souvenir T-shirt for £6.00
• Put money into our collecting buckets as our activities proceed.

The Candle Certificates, programmes and T-shirts will be widely available in Lyme Regis before the event, and for the first time this year, are available to buy online (slightly increased prices include postage & packing costs).

A considerable amount of money is also raised through the generosity of people who run events for us and, of course, we also receive many donations, often anonymously, from people who have a particular affiliation with Lyme Regis and give us a contribution in memory of happy times spent in our wonderful town.

All monies raised will be split as follows:
50% to Lyme Regis Youth Causes, 25% to Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance and 25% to Devon Air Ambulance
